During the second quarter of 2025, the top personal finance budgeting and planning apps on the Android platform in Estonia displayed varied performance trends, according to Sensor Tower data.

Monemon saw a notable fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting with 210 at the end of March and experiencing peaks such as 416 in mid-June. Despite these download trends, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Splitwise maintained a steady weekly revenue, peaking at $90 in early June. Downloads for the app showed a slight increase, reaching a high of 145 in the week of June 9.

Saving Money - Budget Expense experienced a surge in downloads in early May, with figures climbing to 185. However, weekly downloads tapered off towards the end of the quarter, and the app did not report any revenue.

CostPocket - digitize expenses demonstrated a gradual increase in downloads, culminating at 88 in the last week of June. Like some of its counterparts, this app also reported no revenue during the quarter.

Cash Book- daily expenses showed stable yet modest download numbers, peaking at 29 in mid-April. Similar to others, it did not generate any revenue throughout the second quarter.
